A new pier is currently under construction near the property, expected to continue through 2026, which may cause occasional noise or limited access to certain areas. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The pool hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The city is working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Grilling is prohibited, with a penalty of $200 for violations. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
