Enjoy access to an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, lazy river, and whirlpool. Free parking is available at the property for a maximum of one car. Additional towels are available for $35 and must be requested before 5:00 PM. Upgraded internet is available, perfect for working from the beach! (200 Mbps / 20 Mbps per unit) You'll be close to a vast array of attractions, restaurants, and shops, including Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, and the Convention Center. The apartment is also a short walk to the famous boardwalk on the ocean and conveniently located near Starbucks, McDonald's, and River City Restaurant. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. All pools will be closed from December 8–24, 2025.
