The bathroom is clean and modern with fresh towels and a shower/tub combo, stocked with essential toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, basic utensils, and dining seating, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy access to a pool and a fully equipped gym, perfect for relaxing or staying active. Free parking is available in non-reserved public parking spaces. Located in a great North Plano location, this space is minutes from Hwy 121 and the Dallas North Tollway, and close to Legacy West, The Shops at Legacy, Stonebriar Centre, and Frisco attractions. It offers easy access to corporate offices and dining, making it a convenient and comfortable stay. The pool area is temporarily closed for renovations, with completion expected by the end of May. Guest sign-in is required after booking as a screening process to prevent unruly guests from violating house rules, throwing parties, or disturbing neighbors. A government-issued ID must be uploaded to verify identity and acknowledge house rules to receive check-in instructions. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and must be approved via message after booking and payment. Late checkouts must be approved by the management team; staying past the 11 am checkout time without approval will result in a charge for the next night's stay. Pool hours are 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily, and guests swim at their own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Two guests are allowed per household, and persons under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. No glass containers, smoking, vaping, loud music, or rough play are allowed in the pool area. Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash properly. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location; any deliveries will be rejected by the leasing office. Guests must communicate ONLY through the booking platform with the host team and not enter the leasing office or talk to property management staff. Any violation of this agreement will lead to immediate termination of the reservation. Lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints will result in a $500 fine. While the neighborhood is generally peaceful, occasional neighbor noise or cooking/smoking odors may occur; please notify the host for assistance. Bugs may be present in Texas's hot and humid climate; regular exterminations are performed, but no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are handled by the property management team and may take time, especially for non-emergency issues like blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs; no refunds will be given if maintenance cannot fix issues promptly. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are a service animal. If a key or key fob is not returned or is damaged, a $50 fee will apply for a new gate key fob or unit entry key fob. Parties, trash, damage to the unit, disrespecting the property, or gatherings with extra unreported guests will result in a $200 fine. The cleaning fee is based on courteous guest behavior; an unreasonable mess post-checkout will incur an additional $100 fee. Each checkout is allowed 2 bags of trash; each bag over that limit is a $25 charge. There are devices to detect smoke/noise, and tampering with them will result in a $150 fine. Extra towels and linens may be found drying in the dryer. A washer and dryer are provided, but laundry detergent is not included. Linens and towels are freshly laundered between guest visits. The public pool requires regular maintenance and may be closed for cleanings; please verify availability for your dates if it's an amenity you plan to use, as no refunds will be provided for pool closures due to seasonality, weather, or cleanings if not verified beforehand.
