Enjoy free parking in non-reserved public spaces and easy self check-in through a keypad on the door. Access to the pool is available, with hours from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Please note that the pool area is temporarily closed for renovations, with completion expected by the end of May. Located in North Plano, this home is minutes from Hwy 121 and the Dallas North Tollway, close to Legacy West and The Shops at Legacy, and near Stonebriar Centre and Frisco attractions. It offers easy access to corporate offices and dining, making it a great spot for business, shopping, or a relaxing getaway. The pool area is temporarily closed for renovations, with completion currently expected by the end of May. Guests are required to fill out a guest sign-in form, including uploading a government-issued ID, to receive check-in instructions. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and require prior approval. Late checkouts without approval will incur a charge for the next night's stay. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are a service animal. Parties, trash disposal violations, unit damage, disrespect of the property, or gatherings with unapproved extra guests will result in a $200 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each checkout is allowed 2 bags of trash; each bag over that limit incurs a $25 charge. A $150 fine will be issued for tampering with the smoke/noise detector. Guests are responsible for providing their own laundry detergent. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or speak to property management staff; all communication must be through the booking platform. Lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints will result in a $500 fine. Due to the climate, bugs may be present in the home, and no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are handled by the property management team and may experience delays. Lost or damaged keys/fobs will incur a $50 fee. This space is ideal for remote work, offering fast Wi-Fi and a clean, simple, and comfortable design. The linen and towels are always freshly laundered between every guest visit.
