This condo is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The kitchen has everything you need to dine at home, making it ideally suited for business travel or relocation plans. Pets are welcome, with up to two small to medium-sized pets allowed per unit, subject to breed restrictions. An additional $75 monthly pet cleaning fee applies, or a one-time fee for stays less than 45 days. Pet fees are charged separately after booking. You are responsible for any damage caused by pets, and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age. Guests must check-in online using the Virtual Front Desk at least three days prior to arrival, or at the time of booking if less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access are provided after completing the Check-In and Lodging Agreement and verifying information. The minimum age to book is 21 years old, and age will be verified after booking. A valid credit card for identity verification and/or incidentals/damages, a picture of your government-issued photo ID, and a "Live Selfie" are required.
