A few camera's and motion sensor high intensity lighting also ! Driveway holds 3 small cars or 2 large . 5 minute walk to most amenities including public transportation and Mass Transit . All school bus stops are right here within view . About 10 different buses that I counted . Local landmarks within this 5 minute walk include Shaw's supermarket , Home Depot , East Brockton Shopping Center , Brockton Signature Healthcare Hospital , Massasoit Community College and of course most everyone's favorite , Dollar Tree . Laundry room has gas or electric for dryer connection . Large walk in closet next to laundry room . Mass Save was just here and completed all their work for an A+ energy efficient rating ! This means low cost heating and cooling and electric. If handicapped we will gladly consider modifying stairs and address other needs to comply . Please do not call unless all proposed legal aged tenants are eventually willing to give up their valid ID in order to pass a BCI skip/trace background check and credit check for lease signee's . First and last months rent and security deposit required in most cases but not all .
