Enjoy entertainment on smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, featuring Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, Paramount+, and Showtime. Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hangers, a safe, a luggage rack, and a laptop-friendly workspace. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps one. The apartment includes one assigned garage parking space, with the garage entrance located on SW 23rd Street. A FOB is required for access. Pets are welcome with a fee of $110 for one pet up to 20 pounds. On the move-in date, you must dial 208 on the building and garage entry intercom system to access the property for the first time. Smoking is not allowed inside, and a $450 fine will be imposed for violations. Surgery patients will be charged additional fees for linen damage and extra cleaning ($200) for stains inside the apartment or in the building grounds. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance, with fees applicable depending on the duration. Lost items cannot be held responsible for, and guests have up to 10 days to claim them. Package deliveries can only be made during your stay, and we are not responsible for any deliveries made before or after your stay. White linens and towels, along with cotton rounds or balls and cotton swabs for makeup removal, are provided for personal hygiene. Any use of towels or linens for cleaning makeup or shoes will result in a charge for replacement: $5 per hand towel, $10 per bath towel, $25 per twin set, $40 per queen set, and $55 per king set.
