Feel at home in this spacious 2-bedroom apartment at Artistry Cincinnati. With direct access to the Monon Trail on the waterfront and a 5-minute walk to both stadiums, the location cannot be beaten. This apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter, pool temporarily unavailable), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. This apartment is wheelchair accessible. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area. Find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. No smoking or parties are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No outside guests are allowed without permission. Two towels are provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. An emotional support animal may incur a pet fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. [SI]
