This spacious two-bedroom apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy direct access to the Monon Trail, a washer and dryer in the unit, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) and an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings, early check-in, and late checkout are available for additional fees. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, the neighborhood offers plenty to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. From casual local coffee shops to high-end eateries, shops, and attractions are around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent. No smoking or parties are allowed, and there is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
