Enjoy direct access to the Monon Trail, a washer and dryer in the unit, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) and an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings, early check-in, and late checkout are available for additional fees. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
