Each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival, ensuring easy check-in and check-out.
