This wheelchair accessible apartment is designed so you can live like a local and feel at home on the road. This spacious studio apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You can enjoy a smart TV with streaming apps installed in the living room, complimentary coffee, and a free washer and dryer in the unit. While designs are based on photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter, and temporarily unavailable), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed], with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent, if you prefer. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Two towels are provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Guests must agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests must acknowledge that they may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
