Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, and grills. Parking is available with an assigned spot per room right in front of the building, and there is public parking across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park. Kayak rentals are available from 12 pm to 7 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day with a signed waiver. Pet-friendly rooms are available for an additional fee of $20 per pet per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month, with breed restrictions and a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Guests must pick up after their pets when outside to avoid additional fees. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, with a $1000 fine for violations. Events are not allowed. Guests are responsible for reporting and repairing or replacing any damage caused. Jumping on beds is prohibited. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. Fishing is not permitted on the docks; there is a small public access spot by the beach and a dock near the public beach for fishing use.
