This lakeside retreat is perfect for all types of getaways year-round. This loft-style room offers a harmonious blend of rustic charm, comfort, and convenience. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Roku, a couch and chair on the lower level, controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and stools, a microwave, a mini fridge & freezer, and a 4-cup coffee maker. Please note, there is NO kitchen. Shared amenities include kayaks (available 8 AM - 8 PM from Memorial Day to Nov 1st with rental fees and waiver required), balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, and outdoor furniture. The attached Fife Lake Lodge Party Store is stocked with essential items and treats. Ample parking is available, featuring an assigned spot in front of the building and extra parking in front of the blue shed. Public parking lots are conveniently situated across the street or next door. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $20/night, $100/week, or $250/month, with breed restrictions and a weight preference under 50 lbs. A pack n' play or stair gate is available upon request. Fife Lake Lodge is surrounded by scenic beauty, offering a peaceful and charming neighborhood with Fife Lake as its centerpiece. Torch Lake is also just a 45-minute drive away. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 6 AM. No parties or smoking are allowed in the motel room, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in the total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). Firewood is not provided.
