Our family is renting the lower level of our home in Shorewood, Minnesota. Just a short walk to downtown Excelsior. The rental unit is a completely independent living space, equipped with a private entrance. This one bedroom features a full, modern kitchen with center island, a newly remodeled bathroom, office, and a large bedroom with French style doors. There is plenty of living space and natural light. This "mother-in-law" style apartment has a modern but natural feel with real travertine stone floors and oak cabinets. Our home is located on a large wooded lot in a nice residential neighborhood. UTILITIES INCLUDED (heat, electric, central air, water, sewer, garbage). Cable and high speed internet ready, which renter will pay half of this monthly bill. Garage space available during winter months. Laundry is shared. Please email with expressed interest.
