PLUS AMENITIES: fireplace,hot tubs, billiards / game room / workout rooms, common area party room, locked bike storage room, ski-storage closet. Comes with only ONE indoor, and/or outdoor parking PASS. SHORT WALKING DISTANCE TO PERU SIX-PACK HIGH SPEED DETACHABLE CHAIR AT MOUNTAIN HOUSE BASE. - just across the quaint walking bridge across Snake River to Mountain House lot. NO SUBLETTING - NO SHORT TERM SKI RENTALS -- THIS IS A DEED RESTRICTED UNIT FOLLOWING SUMMIT HOUSING AUTHORITY RULES THAT WHOMEVER OCCUPIES THIS UNIT MUST BE WORKING AT LEAST 30+ HRS A WEEK ANYWHERE WITHIN SUMMIT COUNTY. Unfortunately, the Hidden River Condo Association allows ONLY OWNERS & owner/occupants to have pets. Sorry fur-baby lovers. $1,400 per month covers all + $1,000 returnable damage/cleaning deposit. Long term lease preferred, but will consider month to month if your relatively certain that you'll be long term in the valley...hopefully not ONLY for one ski season; but I know how things can change.
