This is a studio located above a garage in a quiet neighborhood. 400 square feet includes 1 bathroom and a spacious closet for storage. There is a dishwasher, stove, washer & dryer, microwave, and mini-fridge. The studio is accessed via the alley. Parking is street parking, and it is never an issue to find space for you and guests. Flooring is carpet and vinyl. Utilities (electric, water, sewer, gas, trash) and high speed wi-fi are included, as long as the consumption stays reasonable. Internet is the responsibility of the tenant, so you have a strong signal. The unit is up 1 flight of stairs and tenant can clear the stairs from snow when they need access during the winter. Conveniently close to downtown, popular shopping, restaurants, parks. Previous tenants enjoyed the quiet and privacy. Sometimes we would chat when we were both in the backyard and then we might go a month without seeing each other. The studio has a nice view of the mountains and is a 12-minute drive from North Cheyenne Canyon and 15-minute drive to Peterson SFB. You will also have access to the yard and a small vegetable garden during the summertime if you would like to grow things. Across the street is a beautiful park with a gazebo, picnic area, and small playground. Pictures for this listing include the furniture setup by previous tenants, who all stayed long-term. This studio is NOT furnished. Well behaved pets will be considered with owner approval.
