PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: This Montavilla home is within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants on SE Stark St including the Academy Theater and Trimet's bus lines #15, 20, 72, and 272. The main level features living room with woodstove, formal dining area, kitchen with breakfast nook and built in desk, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The upstairs features the 3rd bedroom and 2nd full bath. There is a semi-finished basement, a single car detached carport with garage door, fenced back yard and patio. Newly refinished hardwood floors throughout and new siding! Appliances included are range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer/dryer hook ups. Basic garbage is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. One year rental agreement. No smoking, no marijuana and no pets. Security Deposit = minimum 1.75 times monthly rent (*may be increased depending on screening results). ALL MONIES FOR APPLICATION AND MOVE-IN PAID TO GORDON PROPERTIES, INC.
