The bedroom layout includes a luxurious king bed in the master, three bedrooms all with queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen-over-twin bunk bed. Unwind in the game room featuring an 8ft pool table and a PS5 with games for the kids. Bask in the spacious backyard, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi and the convenience of parking in the car garage. Guests can park one car in the garage, two in front, and additional parking on the street. During December to February, no street parking is allowed between 1 am and 6 am due to the city's winter rule. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for one dog or $115 for two dogs. This fee is required and paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on the digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, you will hear jets flying from time to time as it is close to the Air Force base. While train stations aren't within walking distance, Layton City offers a free shuttle service. Check schedules on the city page. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. No house parties are allowed to respect neighbors and protect the home. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
