Note the city's winter rule: no street parking between 1 am and 6 am from December to February. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee of $50 for 1 dog and $100 for 2 dogs. Fees are collected post-booking during the digital check-in process. Early check-in or late check-out is available through the digital guestbook for a small fee. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, you can catch occasional glimpses of jets flying by from the nearby Air Force base. While train stations aren't within walking distance, Layton City offers a free shuttle service. Check schedules on the city page for convenience. This is a smoke-free home with no smoking or vaping and no recreational drug use. Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors.
