The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

CHRISTIE'S INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE FIRST COAST
He is originally from the Northeast and was raised on a farm in the Philadelphia area (about an hour Northwest). His Dad owned a construction company that he grew up in digging ditches, running all kinds of machinery and trucks. He loves construction! After he graduated college, he wanted to experience how larger companies operated so that he could implement them if he took over his Dad’s construction company. As fate had it, he met a girl and moved out to Southern California 22 years ago and he began his career in real estate with Del Webb and Pulte homes. He took the risk and quickly realized that his passion was helping solve people’s problems in the world of real estate. He realized he was good at listening and narrowing things down quickly for people to make a good decision. He ended up being a top producer within the company for a number of years and when the market corrected itself, he co-founded a Florida based real estate investment company that bought and sold over 2,000 homes across the country. It moved He and his family to Denver, CO for almost a year where he was the Managing Director until he decided to give up the corporate life, sell the business and focus on his real passion (besides my family and fishing) real estate. His passions are his family, saltwater fishing, boating, fly fishing, hunting, skiing, and playing guitar. He also used to love going to his grandfather’s ranch in Montana every year for hunting, cattle roundup, and hay season (with tractors!!). Now that he lives in NE Florida he does not get to do as much skiing, but he has a real passion for saltwater fishing and boating when he’s not out showing homes. He is lucky to be married to his beautiful wife Jennifer and they have one spunky and beautiful little girl! That is him summed up!
