Tenant requirements: applicants must be making 3x rent in verifiable monthly income ($3800 a month minimum gross income) for at least the last 3 months. First month and security at move in, and we also collect last month's rent - either up front, or along with the second month's rent payment. No evictions or bankruptcies, no criminal history for last 10 years. Pets considered on a case by case basis with an additional fee. Tenants must be considerate people who take care of the property and are respectful to neighbors.
