About 225 N Hyland Ave

Located just one block away from State Gym and Iowa State University, on the west edge of campus. Units feature 850 square feet of living space and a kitchen with range/stove, dishwasher, over-the-stove microwave, and refrigerator. On-site coin-operated laundry is located on the ground floor of the building for all tenants. The building is secured with a code for residents to enter. A parking spot is included with the lease. Residents only pay for electricity usage. Gas, water/sewer, garbage, lawn care, snow removal, and 1 gig high-speed internet is provided by the property management. This property is pet friendly ONLY ON THE FIRST FLOOR for $50 a month, with no pet deposit required. Our pet policy allows for dogs and cats with a maximum size of 20 pounds by 20 inches. Other caged pets are not charged. (ESA and Service animals are welcome with proper documentation)

The city wraps around its stellar Iowa State University, the state's flagship university and a member of the prestigious Association of American Universities.
