No interaction with other tenants needed. Additionally, the apartment comes with its own kitchen, laundry and living room. Outside parking is included for 2 vehicles (Tandem) - Value of $150 per month est. There is also paid guest parking based on availability. The apartment is nestled between Vail and Beaver Creek, right next to the Eagle Vail golf course, driving range, and pool (closed during winter) plus hiking trails, cross country skiing, skier shuttle and tennis/pickleball. And for the adventurous souls, you can even ski through the backcountry gates from Beaver Creek's Rose Bowl. Please note that this apartment is located below the rest of the townhouse and some noise might be expected due to upper tenants. Furniture provided includes bed frame/mattress, full size sofa bed and kitchen island chairs. Additionally, linens, pillows, towels, cooking/eating hardware is provided. No smoking of any kind is allowed.
