This apartment is in a building where weddings are occasionally held on various Friday or Saturday nights during the summer, and music can be heard from the DJ's music, which ends at 12am sharp. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed in addition to any fees for remediation. Quiet time is after 10pm.
