For reserved parking, the 500 N Broadway Lot and Huron Garage are the two closest options. Metered street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood and 2-hour time limits apply from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm Saturday. All within two blocks you'll find the Third Ward neighborhood, Riverside Theater, Milwaukee Public Market, the Riverwalk, Anodyne Coffee, and countless restaurants and bars. Overnight street parking is prohibited from December 1st to March 1st. The painted walls in the bathroom have some visible streaks, but it is merely cosmetic and should not impact your stay. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings, and the stay may be ended without refund if house rules are violated. The maximum overnight guest count is 5 total people and the maximum daily guest count is 7 total people; any variations must be approved in advance. It's extremely important to handle the keys carefully as the apartment door locks automatically, copies are very difficult to obtain, and fees of $180 will be incurred for lockouts and for each set of lost keys. The bedroom has roller shades, however, guests can expect some morning light to filter through the windows. This apartment is in a building where weddings are occasionally held on various Friday or Saturday nights during the summer, and music can be heard from the DJ's music, which ends at 12am sharp and should not be very loud inside the apartment itself. Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply. [SI]
