Only one set of keys will be provided, so it's extremely important to handle them carefully as the apartment door locks automatically, copies are very difficult to obtain, and lockout fees of $180 will be passed on if incurred. The bedroom has roller shades, however guests can expect some morning light to filter through the windows. This apartment is in a building where weddings are occasionally held on various Friday or Saturday nights during the summer, and music can be heard from the DJ's music, which ends at 12am sharp. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Lockouts will result in a $180 fee per occurrence. Overnight street parking is prohibited from December 1st to March 1st.
