They have large closets, onsite laundry facilities and everyone with a vehicle gets their own FREE RESERVED PARKING space! Not many companies are providing free parking this close to Purdue. A chalkboard graffiti wall is included which is a unique fun feature for these apartments. Show off your artistic personality or leave notes and pictures for your friends. Residents pay for electric (electric heat). Management pays for water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Dog fee is $40/month and must be over 12 months old and weigh under 25 lbs. Both must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit. 100% refundable security deposit is equal to the rent and is due at the time of the lease signing.
