This apartment is set back from the street through a parking lot. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric only. There is electric baseboard heat. This property is located on a quiet street in Penn Hills. It is close to the bus stop on Frankstown Road and not far from the Giant Eagle.
