About This Property

This area is very quiet and safe. Close to three freeways and two beaches as well as LAX and downtown LA. Most tenants stay more than five years. No loud parties or activities because there are other tenants at the property. Pets will be considered. The small front yard is included with this unit. There is generally two parking spaces available on the front yard in the evening. Cars should be moved in the morning to avoid citations but parking there has been OK for a couple years now without incident. But that could change.
