Applicants must be ready to provide an amount equal to twice monthly rent upon lease signing. -- Host friends and family for s'mores around the fire pit in the winter or happy hour under the pergola in the summer, both situated pleasingly in a stamped concrete backyard plaza lit by romantic party lights, and still have ample outdoor space to throw the ball for the dog and let the kids run around! Play structure for kids is included, but trampoline pictured will not be present for tenants. Upper level master includes a private balcony overlooking the back yard, ensuite full bath with shower spray tiles, claw foot tub, and single vanity. Three other bedrooms are upstairs, including one nonconforming bedroom, accessible by stairs off the master suite (pictured as a nursery but also a great workout space, prayer or yoga room, home office, etc). On the main level, you'll enjoy the history of original pine floors and nine foot ceilings while you prepare food with the modern luxuries of an updated kitchen including gas GE Profile stove/oven, quartz countertops and a "statement piece" live-edge stone sink, all in an open concept with bar, dining, living room, half bath, and bonus space for formal dining or office (it is a conforming bedroom) which sits behind large pocket doors and features high-end cabinetry, wine fridge, and french doors to an oversized patio. Here in the hail capital of the world, it sure is nice to have a four-car garage (with two additional off-street driveway spots for guests) with 240v outlet, lots of overhead storage and plenty of room for a workbench. Pets negotiable with additional pet rent. Please note: other tenants live in a locked-off basement suite below the house, with private entrance.
