Lawncare and snow removal not included. Income, Credit, and Background requested. Vouchers and other non-taxable income are increased by 36% and added to total gross income for qualification. Even if Zillow application is approved, potential residents will likely be required to pay for and submit an application via our software. The fee is $55 and it is nonrefundable.
