This includes a $2192 refundable security deposit, a $350 non refundable cleaning fee, and a $250 non refundable leasing/admin fee. First month's rent due at move in. Tenant pays all utilities. Electric and gas are separately metered, and we charge $75 per month for water, sewer, and trash. Our residents are required to be automatically enrolled in our Resident Benefits Package. The cost of this program is $39 per month and includes renter's insurance, HVAC air filter delivery, identity theft protection, a rewards program, credit score building, and concierge utility transfer service. Also available for college cycle leasing. We do charge a $40 per person application fee, and all potential tenants will be screened for credit, prior evictions, and criminal history.
