NO SMOKING / NO PETS (is a cattle property). Security Deposits are up to 2 times the rent, depending on your credit and references. All funds collected by SPMI are to be made payable to Sutherland Property Management, Inc., and paid with secured funds (cashier's check). All adults planning to live in the unit must apply separately. The application processing fee is $40.00 for each adult-aged person and is non-refundable. Applicants must provide proof of gross income of at least three times (3x) the monthly rent. CHECK OUT KEYS TO VIEW THE HOME with a cash deposit and photo ID M-F, 9 AM — 3 PM. The cash deposit is returned when you return the keys, which must be returned before 5:00 PM. The office is closed on weekends and holidays.
