A $200 application deposit is due at the time of application; from which a $40 non-refundable fee shall be used for a Tenant Screening Report. If you are denied a lease, the balance shall be returned; otherwise, the balance shall be credited to the applicant upon signing a contract within 3 business days of receipt of an owner’s lease agreement.
