The unit is a 2-bedroom townhome that offers approximately 1000 sqft of living space. Rent for this townhome is $1579/month and plus each tenant pays $40/month as a utility supplement. The unit features the following amenities: --Included storage unit --Dark wood kitchen cabinets with stainless steel pulls --Hardwood flooring in the living area and kitchens; newer carpet in the bedrooms --Ceramic counter-tops and back-splashes --Updated kitchen appliances including smooth-top range, fridge, full-sized dishwasher, disposal and vent hood --Two bedrooms, each with large closets and newer carpet --High-efficiency electric heating system and new double-paned windows --Recessed lighting in the living room --Updated tile, mirror, lighting and fixtures in the bathroom. --Fresh paint and blinds throughout the unit. --In-unit laundry complete with high-efficiency washer and dryer. --One reserved off-street parking space in building's parking lot with plenty of free street parking available, too. --Sliding door off the kitchen to private deck. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bill (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, water/sewer and common electric. We will require strong rental history, good credit and last month's rent and a $1579 refundable security deposit ($150 of the deposit is retained as a carpet cleaning fee). The bus is available on NE 21st and NE Broadway and the MAX stops about 6 blocks away at Lloyd Center.
