Welcome to Elmwood Retreat, a spacious home offering a large yard with ample privacy while being conveniently close to downtown Chattanooga. This inviting home is perfect for families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests with its multiple bedrooms and a sofa bed. Step inside through the front door using a code provided before check-in and enjoy the open-concept layout. The living room features a sleeper sofa and connects seamlessly to the dining area, which seats six or more with two bench chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures. The master bedroom, located off the kitchen, boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. Down the hallway, you'll find the second and third bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a sleeper sofa. A small laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen. Outside, the backyard offers a charcoal grill, a picnic table, and a firepit for enjoyable evenings. Pets are welcome at Elmwood Retreat with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found, additional cleaning costs will be charged. Situated in the Missionary Ridge area of Chattanooga, Elmwood Retreat provides easy access to local attractions. A short 5-minute drive takes you to the Chattanooga Zoo, while downtown and the Tennessee Aquarium are just 10 minutes away. Nature enthusiasts can explore Lookout Mountain, a mere 20-minute drive. The Tennessee Riverpark and Chickamauga Dam Day Use Area are only 15 minutes away. Although the area is rural, driving is recommended, with Uber and Lyft readily available. The driveway at Elmwood Retreat is very steep, with parking available for four cars maximum, two at the top and two at the bottom. Street parking is not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any violation of quiet hours may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings will be the guest's responsibility.
