The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is equally comfortable with a queen bed. The living area features a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests and a futon perfect for small children. Pets are allowed with a $500 fee, plus additional deep-cleaning costs. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $200/hour fee. Lost keys, building fobs, or parking passes will result in a $250 replacement fee per item. The individual who books the stay must be present for the entire duration of the reservation. Check-in is as per listing instructions, and check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM.
