This luxurious and spacious home features a modern kitchen, renovated bathrooms, and an outdoor pool area. Natural sunlight bathes every room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It also includes professionally laundered, hotel-quality linens, household supplies, kitchen and cooking-ware to prepare meals, a washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi. A welcome basket is provided to get your stay started, complete with extra toilet tissue, paper towels, dish detergent, kitchen trash bags, and more. Early check-in or late check-out is available, subject to availability. Stress-free airport transfers can be arranged. Baby gear, including a crib, high chair, or stroller, can be provided for $250 plus tax. A luxury welcome package with local wine, snacks, or other goodies is available. Extra cleaning service can be arranged during your stay. Pool heating is available for $60 per day plus tax if requested early, or $100 per day plus tax if requested after check-in. Pets are welcome for a fee of $25 per pet, per day plus tax, with the fee calculated individually for longer stays and limited to 2 pets per stay. Optional travel insurance is available for 7.65%. Situated in the desirable Kings Lake community, this home is in a hassle-free, non-gated neighborhood with abundant mature trees and scenic walking trails. Enjoy walking to nearby Publix Grocery and Starbucks, or take a short drive to experience the attractions of Tin City, Fifth Avenue South, Naples Botanical Gardens, the Naples Pier, Waterside Shops, Venetian Village, The Mercato, and Naples' stunning beaches. Fifth Avenue South, known for its upscale dining, art galleries, shopping, and vibrant atmosphere, is just a 3.4-mile drive away. If this home is booked less than 20 days before check-in, community amenities may not be available. An HOA lease application approval is required before final confirmation. A valid government-issued ID and credit card details must be provided after making a reservation for verification. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Guests residing in Naples may be asked to provide additional verification. This is a pet-friendly rental, limited to 2 pets per stay, but management reserves the right to question breed and size, and a penalty will be charged if a mess is left. Animals are accepted at the discretion of management, and if you plan to bring a service animal, please inform us ahead of time. The pool heater runs from 8 am to 10 pm, and if outside temperatures fall below 65 degrees, heating will take 5 times longer, with no refunds for cold weather. Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting any special event, wedding, party, reception, or gathering of people, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. Violations of this rule will be deemed an intent to defraud and are punishable by law. Any reservation obtained under false pretense, including misrepresentation of age or guest count, or hosting an unauthorized party, will result in forfeiture of all monies paid and potential legal penalties. Guests shall not disturb neighbors or use the premises for immoral or unlawful purposes; violations may result in being ordered to vacate without refund and potential legal charges. Failure to put garbage out for pick-up days, resulting in excessive trash, may incur an additional charge. Lost, stolen, or damaged linens are charged at three times the replacement cost. Locked closets, cabinets, and storage areas containing owner's personal items are off-limits. Trailers, boats, jet skis, or other commercial vehicles may not be parked at the property, and parking is limited to the driveway, garage, or allotted condominium spaces, as street parking is generally not customary. If the property is listed for sale, guests must accommodate showing requests with 24-hour notice between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm daily, unless otherwise agreed. Listing for sale does not grant the right to cancel or receive compensation. Guests are expected to consume utilities conscientiously, and excessive consumption may incur extra charges.
