Holding Deposit Process
To hold a home, we take a Holding Deposit equal to 25% of one month’s rent.
This takes the home off the market for you while we complete screening.
Your Holding Deposit is applied to your refundable security deposit at move?in.
If we deny your application, we refund your Holding Deposit in full.
If you change your mind or don’t complete your application within 48 hours, we may keep the Holding Deposit as outlined in the Holding Deposit Agreement.
