Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas range, and quartz countertops. Unit has original hardwoods, air conditioning and central heat, private fenced yard, and exterior sprinkler system. Water, sewer, trash, and yard mowing/edging included in the rent amount. Pets allowed and there are no additional pet fees. Parking is more convenient in front on the street but there is a space in the back behind the fence off the alley. The unit doesn't have a lot of interior storage so there is a 8'x6' exterior metal shed in the backyard. Application fee is $58 per applicant and typically takes 3-5 days to process.
