About This Property
**PRIVATE ROOM FOR RENT-SHARED COMMON AREAS WITH OWNER** FEMALES ONLY - NO COUPLES I’m a 29 y/o full time professional working a M-F schedule. I own a 2 bedrooms 2 baths condo in Brockton (west side) and is currently seeking a suitable single female roommate. Rent is $1100/month all utilities included. $1000 security deposit. Month-to-month lease for flexibility and you won't need to pay for last month. The room is available for move-in 10/15/23. Ideal roommate must have a stable job, clean, responsible with rent, non-smoker, respectful and likes quietness. We won't be a good match if you like to party, play loud music or TV at night, and have guests over often. A screening video call is required prior to scheduling a viewing and background check follows after if you wish to move forward. My condo is very quiet, just a 5-10 mins drive to Montello train station, Westgate mall, Route 24, Good Samaritan hospital, museum, restaurants, Market Basket, ALDI, Walmart, and TJ Maxx. Easy commute to Boston. Walkable to D.W. Park and golf course. Guest parking. CVS across the street from the entrance of the complex. The room is unfurnished and has a closet- an additional community laundry room is right outside the unit. Bike storage available. Central air AC and electric heat. Common areas such as the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are security cameras. About me: Minimalist, laid back, clean, early bird, and love quietness. I love traveling outside of the US and I take at least 2-3 trips per year. If you love traveling, it’s a plus ??
