This will secure your reservation for future occupancy and enable you to complete phase two of the application process to verify you meet the eligibility requirements. In order to get pre-approved, all adult applicants must apply separately and pay a non-refundable $75 application fee on our website at under available rentals. YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF ALL THE ADULT OCCUPANTS LISTED HAVE NOT APPLIED. Our primary method to communicate with you during the application process is via the email address you provide within the electronic application. Please be sure to monitor this email inbox and your spam folder for communications from the All County Premier email domain. Please promptly respond to any email requests for information. PROPERTY IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE MOVE-IN UPON APPROVAL. QUALIFICATIONS: No evictions, no outstanding balance with a previous landlord, no bankruptcies, credit score must be higher than 500, household combined needs to be approximately 3 times the rent. FEE'S OWED: First month's rent is due at move-in and security deposit due 48 hours after final approval. Minimum security deposit of $1685. PET POLICY & FEES: Pet's must be approved during application process and applicant may be required to pay a non-refundable $250 pet fee and/or an additional pet deposit and an additional $25 pet rent. These fees are applied per pet. If you have more than 1 pet, it must get approved prior to you applying. Tenants must obtain renter's insurance specifying pet liability. We receive several applications for one property and we may choose the best qualified applicant for pre-approval. HOA application and application fees may apply.
