About This Property

This apartment is a 4 bed 4 bathroom with a shared living room and kitchen. The complex is pet friendly but you will have to ask the building to give you the permission to bring the pet. Other than that you have a lot of amenities such as the pool, the jacuzzi, the gym, the playroom, the study areas with iMacs (printers and coffee machine are included in the study areas) & a rooftop terrace. The room itself is very nicely spaced, whatever you see in the pictures will be given on the time of taking the lease. And the whole complex has security on the spot 24/7 so it's very safe. It's in the USC Keck Medicine Campus and there's a free shuttle to the main USC campus from this campus. All in all 1230$/month is a very good price for everything that you're getting.
