It is two block from the lake of Big lake and only 6 minutes from Northstar Commuter Rail station and platform (45-minute ride to Target Field in Minneapolis). It has two large bed rooms upstair and an unfinished basement with garden view window downstair. It has an extended size two-car attached garage, new furnace, new water heater, new air-conditioner, new refrigerator, new windows and new siding. Lawn care and snow removal are paid by owner. Dogs and cats are allowed on a case by case basis with additional deposit and pet fee. Renter(s) should have verifiable BEFORE TAX household income of at least $5,310 per month, a credit score above 600, two references available upon request, proof of no criminal background. Renters insurance is required and must covers dog bites and other injuries if tenants have a pet. Deposit: Security deposit is one month rent ($1770), plus last month of rent ($1770) if tenant's credit score is below 700. Application fee: $40 per adult (to cover background check)
