About This Property

This townhouse is back to reserved wooded area. You can watch birds and wild animals on the deck. It is two block from the lake of Big lake and only 6 minutes from Northstar Commuter Rail station and platform (45-minute ride to Target Field in Minneapolis). It has two large bed rooms upstairs and an unfinished basement with garden view window downstair. It has an extended size two-car attached garage, new furnace, new water heater, new air-conditioner, new refrigerator, new windows and new siding. Lawn care and snow removal are paid by owner. Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis with additional deposit and pet fee. No cat allowed. Seeking tenants paying rent on time and treats the place as if it was his/her own. Renter(s) should have verifiable household income of at least $5,085 per month (before tax), a credit score above 600, two references available upon request, proof of no criminal background. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED on the premises. Deposit: Security deposit is one month rent ($1695), plus last month of rent ($1695) if tenant's credit score is below 700. Application fee: $39.95 per adult (to cover background check) Owner pays for snow removal and lawn care. Tenants pay for gas, electric, water and garbage collection.
