We are conveniently located on Rt. 422, near Rt. 68 and Rt. 356, 10 miles from I-79, and 4 miles from Rt. 8. This is a central air-conditioned, first floor, one-bedroom apartment consisting of a kitchen, living room, bedroom with a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage, a bathroom, and a 20 ft. patio. With locked entrance doors and an intercom system, we provide a secure environment. Background checks are done on all tenants moving in, as well as any repair/maintenance person entering buildings to ensure a safe living space. 24-hour maintenance number to call. The tenant is responsible for paying for Electric, Water, Gas, and Cable/Wi-Fi. The landlord is responsible for Sewage and Garbage. All leases are for a 12-month period.
