This is a short-term month-to-month rental, so we can lease for as long or as short as you want, though want to lease through the November/December holidays this time of year. All utilities are included. It also has its own washer and dryer. My partner and I own the property and we both work from home, though we travel often. WIFI is included in the rent. The TV has a Firestick installed on it. You can sign into your Amazon account or other streaming services. Also feel free to bring your own chromecast or whatever you want to use with the TV. No smoking is allowed on the property. A credit and background check through this website or other similar website/service will be part of the rental application.
