Central heating and cooling are available throughout. Furnished living areas include Smart TVs a soundbar, working wood fireplace, breathtaking views, full patio with ample seating and an outdoor propane fire pit. The fully equipped kitchen includes updated appliances, granite countertops, granite bar with bar stools and everything necessary to cook, serve and dine. Weekly trash / recycling pickup is included. Beach towels, washer, and brand-new dryer are also provided. ?? Private Backyard and Salt Meadow The private, picturesque backyard offers panoramic salt-meadow views, ocean breezes, direct water access, mature trees, privacy, and peaceful year-round scenery. The wildlife belongs in a documentary with deer, turkeys, osprey nests, bunnies and a plethora of nature to enjoy! Launch the provided canoe or kayaks directly from the backyard to explore the marsh channels, fish, crab, birdwatch or dig for oysters. Paddle under the bridge to reach Long Island Sound and nearby beaches. The outdoor space includes patio seating for up to 10, a Weber grill, propane fire table, and games including cornhole, bocce, badminton, and a soccer net. ????
