One block walking distance to the Schnucks shopping center with restaurants, coffee shop, specialty stores, etc. Rental includes electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal, and access to a 4-machine coin laundry on the premises. Central air for your heating and cooling comfort, plus ceiling fans for that “little extra” and vaulted ceilings. Minimum one-year lease required. No smoking, no dogs or cats.
