If you choose to rent the apartment without a new kitchen, the rent will be $1,525/month. If you choose to rent the apartment with the new kitchen, the rent will increase from $1,525/month to $1,600/month once the new kitchen is installed. Security deposit will equal one month’s rent. Pets are allowed (with some dog breed restrictions) for an additional monthly fee per pet. Limit of 2 pets per apartment. This unit also features a separate, private entrance and W/D hookups!
