Convenient to i25 and downtown. Building is very pet friendly! The unit is on the top floor of the building and faces the park. No smoking. Water, trash, and compost included. Utilities not included (xcel ranges between $40-$70 a month depending on usage). Can only park in assigned space in garage. $250 move-in fee due at lease signing. $250 move-out fee will be taken out of security deposit at the end of tenancy.
