At 1125 sq. ft. this corner unit has 6 foot windows for amazing natural light and a full balcony with a view of downtown. The in-unit washer/dryer and ample closet space make for convenient living for those with a busy schedule. We have combined two roommates who love to cook and had full kitchen supplies and we still have plenty of room for storage. The kitchen has a sizeable island with seating. Bedroom 1 has a walk in closet with double vanity. Bedroom 2 has view of downtown and walk through closets to the bathroom that also has a door to the kitchen and can be shut from the bedroom for the privacy of a guest bathroom. Being a first floor corner unit has its perks, we often put on our hazards and unload camping gear and groceries over the balcony, not to mention giving food delivery directions to hand us food over the railing. We were drawn here by the amenities and a walk through of the building has always impressed friends, families and dates. There is a roof-top clubhouse with keg fridge, fridge, TVs, ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, garage door openings, fire elements, and an incredible view of downtown. The pool is heated year round and connected to the hot tub. We've loved that there is a section for lounge chairs to sit in shallow water poolside. Many gas grills make for easy food prep and cooking out with friends year round. The gym, yoga studio, and great room all have views of downtown. Street parking is available for free, or the apartment complex has parking spots in surface lots or garages for a monthly fee. Pets allowed for minimal pet rent with a 100 lb. maximum.
